Job Description

I am currently working with an independent service provider who are currently recruiting for a Service Engineer in the Stowmarket area.

The main duties of the Service Engineer position are:

• Carrying out repairs and maintenance
• Testing and diagnosing faults and performing repairs on machinery
• Adhering to safety rules
• Maintain clean working environment
• Develop an understanding of manufacturer products
• Operating tools and equipment in the correct manner

The ideal Service Engineer will be:

• Experience in performing service repairs
• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment
• Previous Engineering experience
• Full Driving Licence
• Good IT Skills
• Able to work extended hours if required
• Work well independently and as part of a team
