Service Team Leader

Alma Personnel have been instructed by their trusted client to recruit for an experienced Service Team Leader with excellent customer service and people skills to successfully lead their department to the next level of customer satisfaction.

On going industry training on our market leading products, technical assistance and support will be available coupled with support from local and national colleagues.

A company laptop and phone will be provided plus an attractive numeration package, £35K to £40K DoE, company pension and 25 days annual leave.

What we require of you :-

Supervision of the department whilst concentrating on team KPI's and intervening when required.

Report and monitor of equipment that maybe out of action or damaged.

Monitoring performance of all third party contractors, identifying and addressing issues relating to their support levels and ensuring application of required corrective actions.

Conducting staff appraisals and ensuring individual staff personal performance targets are met and/or exceeded.

Ensure staff training needs are identified and and met.

Hold regular team meetings to communicate performance, company updates, KPI’s etc and that all staff are aware of customer SLA's and reviewed.

Provide cover and hands on when required in the instance of any absence.

Always maintain good housekeeping rules and familiarity of H&S, BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and 14001:2004.

This position is essentially based in Wellingborough managing a small team plus overseeing other sites.

Assist Line Manager with KPI's and customer performance stats.

This position will also develop into a hybrid role offering you the flexibility of home and work base.

Some occasional travel maybe required.
