Alma Personnel have been tasked with recruiting on behalf of their Warwickshire based client for an experienced service co-ordinator to be based on site.
This will be based on a FTC for approximately 8 months.
The service Coordinator will be based with in a department that handles maintenance contracts, servicing, parts and rental equipment.
Duties and tasks :-
Skills and experience
You must be a confident and excellent communicator both written and verbally to succeed in this role with a can do attitude with particular focus on providing the best customer experience
Be commercially aware of the importance of running a profitable busy operation and working to tight budgets
Strong IT skills in particular with MS Office suite of products
Training will be provided on the in-house system where required and products, Industry knowledge would be a distinct advantage,.
