Job Description

My Client based in the Birmingham area are looking for Production Operatives to join their team on a temporary (potential permanent) basis.

Roles include: machine operating, helping to feed the line, moving stock, use of FLT in some roles, visual and quality inspection.

You will be targeted with the production engineering work to be produced as per KPI's.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY BUT YOU MUST BE RELIABLE, HARD WORKING, USED TO MANUAL WORK AND STANDING ON YOUR FEET.

You must be able to cover, 6am to 4pm, 4pm to 2am, this includes 2 hours mandatory overtime at the end of each shift.

Rates of pay start at £11.16ph plus £5 shift allowance per shift, with further increases down the line of hourly rate, based on performance. PLUS EXCELLENT OVERTIME RATES.

Due to the start and finish times you will need to have some form of transport to get to site as public transport outside of these hours is difficult.
