Job Description

Alma Personnel have been instructed by their trusted client basin in Coventry to recruit for an experienced Marketing Executive, to be based on site at their location.

Develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics that support and maximise market share objectives for a specific product ranges, including product launches, development of marketing support materials, product positioning and advertising campaigns.

Duties :-

• Define, develop and implement product marketing plans / roadmap for all geographies in liaison with suppliers; manage marketing budget and supplier cooperation.
• As part of commitment to build the company's brand, identify and source job story leads, for marketing materials, e-communication (social media, distributor portal, etc) regarding product range. Local communications to support employee and brand engagement.
  Link with trade and local press to improve brand and product awareness.
  Actively manage and monitor social media posts to grow product awareness and potential customer base
• Product positioning, pricing positioning
• Develop range of communications / marketing support materials for all markets, tailor as required, to convey this positioning
• Implementation and evaluate sales promotions
• Track and evaluate success metrics of all sales promotions and campaigns, identifying ROIC
• Organisation and co-ordination of events, attendance at trade shows, product launches etc

We require you have a full driving license, passport, minimum level 5 qualification in a business or marketing discipline or equivalent, having worked in a fast paced competitive market.

You will have previously been involved in developing and executing a marketing plan and working with social media content.

Excellent organisational skills coupled with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience using MS Office suite of products including Photo, video editing re social media posting etc.
