Hire/Rental Controller

Job Description

Alma Personnel have a great pleasure in recruiting for their Basingstoke client for a Rental/Hire Controller to joining their busy and growing team.

There are two positions available, one on a permanent basis and the other an initial 6 month period.

Paying between £26k- £28K depending on experience.

Role :-

  • Attend and coordinate end of contract meetings with team and customers
  • Process actions on database
  • Process any buyback scheme on database
  • Update SAP systems accurately
  • Analyse and process supplier invoice queries
  • Answer any incoming telephone queries
  • Organise any end of contract equipment and collection
  • Manage maintenance plans
  • Process used stock assets

Skills and Duties :-

  • You must have excellent internal/external customer skills coupled with excellent communication skills
  • By a team player with enthusiasm
  • Committed to self development
  • Excellent administrative skills, well organised and able to prioritise
  • Good IT knowledge, Teams, SAP, MS Word and Excel
  • Be highly numerative
  • Be commercially aware of the business targets and ambitions
  • Have a good understanding of lifecylce and project life cycles assets

There will be the usual metrics and KPI's, but if you have the drive and enthusiasm to deliver the best customer service, then this will be a walk over!
