Contract Administrator

Job Description

Alma Personnel have great pleasure in recruiting for their Basingstoke based client for and experienced Contract Administrator.

  • Manage and administer contracts throughout their lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and activating lease contracts utilising the internal SAP system
  • Enter and maintain long term rental contracts into the contract management system
  • Manage the Inventory for the assigned region to ensure all contracts activated by month end Interpret and post missing Invoices from month end statements
  • Enter Factory Orders as shell contracts

High volume data entry experience is required as the focus on this role is to ensure that the contract management and accounting systems are complete and accurate.

High use of Excel is utilised for reconciliations, reports and ad hod analysis. Functions used will be in the form of V Lookups, pivot tables and graphs.

Customer focus is key to this role by way of resolving and issues or questions from internal stakeholders.

Be an effective communicator at all levels in writing and oral communication

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week with flexible start and finish times available.

You will be working in a team of over 20 persons and a fast moving environment.
