Chinese Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Job Description

Our well-established client based in the Halesowen area are currently recruiting for a Chinese Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Main duties of the Chinese Speaking Customer Service Advisor role include:

  • Handle incoming enquiries via telephone and email
  • Liaise with suppliers in Hong Kong
  • Process customer orders
  • Input data into the system
  • Arrange collections and deliveries
  • Manage customer complaints
  • General administration duties as required

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be able to communicate fluently in both English and Cantonese
  • Have previous Customer Service/Administration experience
  • Have excellent IT skills

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday and is fully office based.
