Accounts Assistant

Alma Personnel are pleased to be supporting our nationwide client with their search for an experienced Accounts Assistant.

The duties of the Accounts Assistant will include;

  • Day to day accounting duties, including processing of invoices
  • Supporting with accounts activities specific to the industry
  • General accounting administration and reporting
  • Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers

The client is looking for an Accounts Assistant who have;

  • Previous accounts experience
  • Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using Sage 200 or other accounting software
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Can work independently and as part of a team

This is a full time, permanent position (37.5 hours), and is fully office based.
