Sales Ledger Clerk

Job Description

I am delighted to be working with a long standing client in Warwick, who are recruiting for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their busy team.

As a Sales Ledger Clerk your duties will include;

  • Checking nominal codes
  • Posting sales ledger receipts
  • Credit control, sending out statements
  • Checking invoices are correct against dispatched parts
  • Checking profits margins are correct on sales invoices

The ideal candidate will have;

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and also as part of the team
  • 5 years experience in an accounts department
  • Ideally AAT Level 2
  • Good computer skills, including excel, word and outlook, ability to pick up new systems
