Service Coordinator

Job Description

Alma Personnel are working with their Client based near Burton on Trent to recruit for a confident, outgoing creative Service Coordinator to be based from their offices.

Having direct contact with the site manager you will be initial first port of call when dealing with enquires in to the business from customers  from all means of communication.

Managing the whole quotation process to delivery whilst working alongside the sales teams.

Manage the movements of goods utilising internal transport and logistics teams so excellent communication skills essential.

Maintain accurate and up to date records utilising the computer internal system.

Where required amend customer contracts to suit keeping customers updated at every step.

Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating complex matters when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.

 

Always proactively assist with the growth of new opportunities where possible optimising revenue.

This position would suit somebody who has the will to take ownership of their, work run with it and make it a success.

You will need to have the ability to think outside the box and logically whilst having a sense of humour always helps.

Excellent salary package is on offer to the right person paying up to £34K + discretionary bonus, 40 hours per week.
