Warehouse Dispatch Clerk

Alma Personnel are recruiting for their Walsall based client for a Warehouse Dispatch Clerk to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Main duties of the Warehouse Dispatch Clerk include:

  • Ensuring sales orders are completed by packing and unpacking orders
  • Creating detailed warehouse documentation and updating relevant spreadsheets
  • Liaising with different departments such as Customer Service and the Warehouse Outbound team
  • Sending booking requests
  • Handling dispatch information and creating shipping labels
  • General admin duties when required

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previously worked in a warehouse environment
  • Strong IT skills
  • Possess good time managements skills
  • Have problem solving skills

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm.
