Alma Personnel are thrilled to be working with an expanding client who due to organisational growth have a vacancy for a Senior Marketing and Business Development Executive.

Reporting to one of the Directors, your duties as a Senior Marketing and BD Executive will include the following:

• Identify marketing opportunities, create campaigns to attract new business
• Create proposals and presentations
• Managing pipeline of new business, as well as leads and quotations
• Building network of connections, attending external meetings and events
• Creating social media posts
• Leading BD meetings for new starters

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/attributes:

• CIM qualified (or working towards)
• Good standard of education (GCSE Maths & English)
• Business development and pipeline management experience
• Market research experience
• Out going and confident
• Ability to manage own workload, managing multiple projects and tasks
