Scheduling Administrator

Job Description

Alma Personnel are pleased to be working with their Sutton Coldfield based client to recruit for a Scheduling Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.

Main duties of the Scheduling Administrator include:-

  • Coordinate engineer’s schedules daily
  • Issue/raise purchase orders, invoices, and credits
  • Handle enquiries via telephone and email
  • Chase job cards
  • Order stock and supplies for engineers
  • Build strong relationships with clients

The successful candidate will:-

  • Have worked within a similar role previously
  • Will have excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office package
  • Be a confident and clear communicator both verbally and written
  • Able to work on their own initiative as well as within a team environment

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday.
