Sales Order Processor

Job Description

Alma Personnel are recruiting on behalf of their well established Solihull based client for an experienced Sales Order Processor to join their team based on site.

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

  • Attention to detail is imperative to identify and rectify and errors when receiving or entering orders into the system.
  • Excellent commercial, social and communication skills are required to interact politely with colleagues and customers
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to adapt and change in a fast moving environment
  • Serve as a primary contact for customers and overseeing sales order processing
  • See the whole order processor from receipt to delivery
  • Check all customer orders with high degree of accuracy and communicate any anomalies
  • Check daily processed orders for accuracy
  • Completing paperwork and organising files for invoicing purposes, and offering support to Customer Services as and required
