Sales Administrator/Order Processor

Job Description

The Sales Administrator role is an URGENT requirement, starting as soon as possible, on a temp to perm basis.

Working in a small team, duties will include:-

  • Processing orders
  • Producing delivery notes
  • Booking couriers
  • Deal with customers, suppliers and internal teams
  • Dealing with lots of paperwork, manual job cards, internal computerised systems
  • Enquiries and queries via phone and email

  • Accurate data entry
  • Attention to detail
  • Communication
  • Used to work in a busy and reactive environment

The Sales Administrator role will be on a temporary to permanent basis, working full time hours.
