Legal Secretary

Job Description

Alma Personnel are currently recruiting for our well-established client who are looking for two Full - time, Legal Secretary’s, one to be based in there Rugeley office and one, to be based in there Stafford office.

Duties of the Legal Secretary include:

  • Audio typing
  • Preparing documents
  • Any other administrative duties
  • Diary management
  • Handling incoming enquires via telephone
  • Liaising with Agents, Clients, and Solicitors

Skills Required:

  • Need to have legal experience
  • Good IT skills, especially the Microsoft package
  • Able to handle a busy workload
  • Time management skills
  • Strong administrative skills
