HR Advisor

Job Description

Our well-established client based in the Tamworth area are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Main duties of the HR Advisor role include but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with management to resolve people challenges
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts etc.
  • Implement plans and training for development, monitoring any issues and resolving
  • Providing support to managers to deal with any people challenges or compliance issues
  • Working to agreed timescales
  • Manage complex ER cases from start to finish
  • Support in meetings including disciplinaries and grievances
  • Support the recruitment process from preparing job adverts, to interviewing/offering candidates
  • Manage the entire employment lifecycle
  • Produce weekly reports and analysis

The ideal candidate for the HR Advisor role:

  • Must be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards)
  • Have proven HR experience, particularly dealing with complex ER cases
  • Must have up to date knowledge on HR policies and procedures, as well as current Employment Law
  • Have excellent IT skills including HR systems and Microsoft Package

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday and is fully office based.
