Customer Support Advisor

Job Description

Our well-established client based in the Sutton Coldfield area is looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join their expanding,busy team on a permanent basis.

Duties of the Customer Support Advisor include but are not limited to: -

  • Managing all customer enquiries via incoming phone calls and emails
  • Resolving any issues raised by clients, raising technical issues to appropriate departments
  • Onboarding new users
  • Updating database systems
  • Regularly keeping in contact with customers and making follow up calls

The ideal candidate for the Customer Support Advisor role will:

  • Have the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude
  • Experience using CRM systems is advantageous
  • Confident IT skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office package

This is a full-time role working in a modern office space, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, with room for progression opportunities for the right person.

Salary between £20-£21K per Annum.
