Customer Service Administrator

Our well-established client based in Birmingham is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team on a permanent basis.

Duties of the Customer Service Administrator include but are not limited to: -

  • Dealing with all customers enquires via telephone and email
  • Liaising with third party couriers
  • Assisting with customers on the trade counter face to-face
  • Attending to the website enquires
  • Taking orders via phone and inputting to the system
  • Being a hands-on member of the team, assisting with stock counts in the Warehouse
  • Generating returns for customers

This is a full-time role working Monday- Friday.
